EGO started 7 years ago, they are the brand of choice for the Urban Woman across Pakistan. We let our customers express their unique identity and emotions through their clothes, which we carefully design, keeping the clients in mind.
Our unique cuts put together with in-depth thought behind each design and motif is engineered to keep our broad-based clientele’s wardrobe ready for the mood they are in! Our teams try to constantly push traditional boundaries in the ‘desi’ design line, as more and more customers support us in this experimentation.
Moreover, our brand has been able to provide jobs to over 500 people through innovative expansion in retail and manufacturing in this short time. Over 25 brand-new entrepreneurs have found their passion through our micro-finance system and easy franchise schemes.
Bombay Store
After celebrating their 45th anniversary last year, Bombay Stores is “The UK’s Largest Asian Department Store”. Bombay Store aims to deliver a unique shopping experience by housing generic, prêt and couture ranges from the Indian Sub-Continent and the Middle East. The model of a multi brand Asian department store in the UK is Bombay Stores’ distinctive difference. Housing luxury accessories such as footwear and jewels to a dedicated haberdashery department or the sumptuous Bombay Stores Bridal Lounge, the store boasts 14 unique departments to tempt all fashionistas.
Senior designer, Shayaan Kader believes that “now more than ever is there a greater understanding of fashion and quality. It is the duty of established fashion houses to lead the way with revolutionary fashion that makes a statement and lasts”.
“Luxury fashion can be within everyone’s reach and we aim to make this statement with our collection at Pakistan Fashion Week 4”.
On show at Pakistan Fashion Week 2013 is a Mughal themed digital print collection showcasing basic lines such as Kurtas to more couture pieces as panelled skirts and corsets. The collection is further themed with accessories in velvet, carved metal and semi precious gems.
